Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by images.mv or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no rights, title, or interest in the Platform or its content are transferred to you except as expressly provided in these Terms.

2.2 License to User Content: By uploading or submitting any content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

3.1 Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform or its content. You use the Platform at your own risk.

3.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless images.mv and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

5.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maldives, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 5.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, any such dispute shall be shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Courts in the Maldives

6.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and images.mv regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

6.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.3 Waiver: The failure of images.mv to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

No Refund

7.1 No Refund: Due to the nature of our business as a stock photo agency and the digital nature of the products we offer, all sales made through the Platform are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases. By using the Platform and making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are non-refundable.
